Our only intention is that everyone learns joyfully, without stress, while we continue to serve sincerely. That’s why our policies are structured to keep things peaceful, balanced, and fair for all.

✅ Fulfillment

Once a course is purchased, we immediately schedule your classes. Your preferred time and days are discussed and fixed in our calendars without delay. All sessions are conducted live via Zoom, ensuring a smooth and timely start to your learning journey.

After every class, you will receive:

• ✍️ A detailed class summary 

• 📑 PDFs and notes 

• 🎥 Guiding tutorial videos 

• 🎵 Backing and practice tracks

This ensures continuous support and structured learning even outside class hours.

✅ Cancellations & Refunds

At Svaryantram Music Academy, we are committed to uninterrupted, high-quality, genuinely joful learning for every student and parents.

1. If an issue arises on your side (student/family):

   • You may restart classes anytime, or transfer remaining credits to a family member or friend.

   • If a student feels the course is too difficult or loses interest, we adapt the curriculum. With thousands of songs, games, and flexible approaches, learning always remains enjoyable. Students may also switch to another instrument or try fun, gamified music production on the computer, with full support in creating and releasing their own original music through Svaryantram Music Academy Record Label (under Sony Music Company).

2. If the issue arises on our side (teacher/academy):

   • We ensure continuity with 5 trained teachers personally mentored by our founder.

   • If classes still cannot continue, a refund for the remaining credits will be processed.

🗓️ Flexible Scheduling

We provide flexibility in scheduling classes at times that work for both you and the teacher.

• Students must choose a recurring schedule of 8 classes or at least 4 lessons per month for consistent progress.

• A minimum of 4 lesson credits must be used each month. Unused credits will be forfeited.

This system ensures learning fits smoothly into your routine while maintaining steady growth in music skills.

🔄 Rescheduling Rules:

• 48 or 24+ hours’ notice → 1–2 free reschedules per month without losing any credit.

• 3+ hours’ notice (emergencies only) → Lesson may be rescheduled, subject to teacher availability.

• Less than 3 hours’ notice / No-shows → Lesson is forfeited and the credit is deducted. 

• If a teacher cancels → The lesson will be rescheduled at your convenience, or a credit will be added back to your account for use anytime as a makeup class.
